BODY CARE

  • Skin Care:
A dirty skin may cause disease. The basic care of skin care is washing it with soap and hot water and change clothes after physical activity. The most accessible body parts to dirt (face, neck and hands), must be wash more often than the rest of the body.

The sportswear has to permit us to move freely. The clothes should be fresh so that we can get rid of the hot produced when we do exercise.
In the wintertime, we should use warm clothes.

  • Hand Care:
Hands require more attention than the rest of the body, as they usually have many microbes that can pass into the body through food ... So, after physical education sessions and before meals we have to wash our hands with water and soap. The more times we wash our hands, we will have the less chance of illness.

  • Feet care:
We have to wash our feet daily with soap and water and change socks frequently (after doing physical activity we have to change our socks). Shoes should be comfortable and let the feet breathe, also soft and with a small rise in the heel.
