FLUID INTAKE AND FOOD


 
Ingestion of liquids: We have to drink enough water to avoid becoming dehydrated, if we do physical activity we have to drink before, during and after.
 

-The best is drinking water (not mixed drinks or sparking drinks like cola...).


-We have to drink in small quantities but often.


• Eating foods: After eating we shouldn´t do physical exercises, because we are digestion our food.
