Health means being good in the mental and physical way, not only in the lack of illness.
 
 

Physical activity improves health in many ways:


-Physical level: we improve the performance of our systems by breathing better, by having our heart stronger, by making our muscles grow...

 

-Psychological level: after doing exercise we feel good, learning how to control us...


-Social level: we improve our character, increases our academic performance...
